Yes, YOUth Can seeks to empower youth through an experiential learning process that integrates inclusive sports, leadership development, and cultural exchange.
Inclusion and equal opportunities remain key challenges in European societies, particularly in rural areas where young people with disabilities often face barriers to
participation in international mobility and learning experiences. The province of Cuenca (Spain), characterized by rurality and depopulation, presents limited opportunities for young people to engage in transnational initiatives.
Yes, YOUth Can youth exchange initiative seeks to empower youth through an experiential learning process that integrates inclusive sports, leadership development, and cultural exchange. By positioning disability as a source of strength and resilience rather than a limitation, the project contributes to building a more inclusive and cohesive European society.
We are looking for youth organizations, NGOs, sports clubs, and educational institutions with expertise in:
Inclusion & Disability Rights
Youth Work & Non-Formal Education
Sports for Social Inclusion
Leadership & Intercultural Learning
