Our mobility for youth workers project lies the concept of visual literacy as a potent and universal mode of communication, capable of transcending the limitations imposed by linguistic differences. The application of visual facilitation techniques presents a dynamic, inclusive, and innovative approach to conveyance, capable of expressing ideas, information, and emotions in ways that are accessible to all, irrespective of language proficiency or cultural background. The adoption of visual tools in the facilitator's repertoire promises to not only enhance engagement but also to foster an environment where every participant feels seen, heard, and understood.
