Virtual Exchanges in Higher Education and Youth

The project aims to connect young people from Asian and European countries through virtual exchanges, focusing on media literacy, participation and deradicalisation.
We are following the call Virtual Exchanges in Higher Education and Youth (ERASMUS-EDU-2023-VIRT-EXCH)
We are creating a Virtual Exchange Project, in which 5 partners from EU and non-EU countries will work together to create educational materials and virtual meetings for young people. Our main topics will be
- radicalisation and deradicalisation online
- media literacy
- active citizenship in digital spaces
- intercultural exchange and diversity online
We are looking for universities, research centers or non-governmental organizations as project partners. (3 partners from Programme Region 9, 1 partner from an EU country) Each partner will be required to create training materials (educational videos, presentations, articles,..) covering one of the topics. These materials will be published and freely accessible on our platform. For finishing the online courses, participants will receive a certificate for their newly improved skills.
In addition to the materials we will realize virtual discussion, simulation exercises and meetings between the participants. They will share experiences, improve their skills in practical scenarios and exercises, work together in international teams and learn about each other's culture.
In total the project will span over 36 months. Budget will be allocated for equipment or expertise necessary to create the training materials or enable participants to take part in virtual meetings.
