Training Course "Breaking the Burnout Cycle: A Journey for Youth Workers"

The project aims to address burnout among youth workers and provide them with the knowledge and skills to prevent and manage burnout in their work.

MUTUAL PARTNERSHIP ONLY

The project will use non-formal learning methods to deliver this training, such as workshops, group discussions, and practical exercises. To ensure the quality of the learning experience, participants will be prepared and supported before, during, and after the activities. Additionally, participants will be supported in reflecting on their learning and documenting their outcomes through daily journaling, group discussions, and personal development plans. At the end of the project, participants will receive a certificate of participation recognizing their involvement and the competencies they have developed.

Note: we already have a host organization in Malta, and we have a partner organization from Georgia. We need three more partners.
The ideal partner should be an NGO interested in the theme of the training course.
The partner should have a project to add us to as well.

Please reach out via email with an overview of your institute and the project that you can add us to.
