Train Your Future

"Train Your Future" is a training course that will be organized in Armenia from 20-28th of June, and it will gather 35 participants from 20 to 30year old from Program and Partner countries. The training includes a very actual topic- leadership, European citizenship and unemployment. The problems which now Europe is facing is because of the lack of good guides towards solutions in need of which is Europe. During training courses we experienced that participants lock their potential to be leaders and try to hide it. Usually this happens because of the lack of self-confidence, self-esteem, experience and attention. There are cases when a people do not create for their own to work on themselves or have difficulties to express and demonstrate to others that they are leaders. Here is why we address this Training Course to unemployed youth, who has leadership skills but don't know how to present it, how to share it with the community and don't know how to do the first steps. Nowadays we need young leaders in our society and we need to support them.
