This project wants to improve the quality of activities for organizations that participate in projects in Erasmus+.

This training course aims at participants in senior positions, decision-makers, project managers, youth workers to develop their leadership skills and competences to increase the capacity of their organizations.
To increase the influence of these organizations at local and regional level, we want to develop opportunities for cooperation, exchange of experience and good practices between them as well as to enhance the quality of the work of these organizations in international cooperation for the realization of quality projects.
In our opinion this can be done mainly by: improve the level of key competences and skills, developing exchanges of best practices for organizations participating in the project, knowledge of the organizations involved, needs assessment of the short and medium term development of organizations, develop new ideas for future joint partnerships, in particular through enhanced cooperation between organisations in the youth field and/or other stakeholders
Without such an approach, future projects will be more difficult to develop and apply. We need trust and understanding for all the needs of organizations that participate in such projects.
The main direction of the project is to develop reliable partnerships with partners from countries where youth work and the youth sector are well developed or are in the process of development. In the same time rising the capacity of these organizations will improve the quality of youth work and active involvement in the development of sustainable projects in this sector. In order to achieve fast progress in the youth sector the initiative (leadership) should be taken over by people and organizations aware of the needs and problems and able to identify ways in which they can be resolved.
In this respect the activities of this training is mainly addressed to staff from leadership positions, decision makers and youth workers from participating organizations.
One outcome of the project is to develop ideas and proposals that can be implemented in an international partnership of organizations participating in the project.
The project focuses on topics such as organizational management, strategic planning, leadership youth and the importance of youth organizations, leadership, youth as the engine of change, cooperation in an international network standards and quality in youth work, develop project ideas and their achievement in international cooperation.
The expected results of the implementation of the project are: to increase the capacity of the organizations by developing leadership and organizational skills of their decision-makers, to increase their attention to the problems in the youth sector, to create trained leaders who are multipliers of the experience for other senior position, networking, and ideas for international projects.
The long-term benefits from the implementation of the project will be: raised the image and competence of organization, positive long-term development of the organisations, activities with higher quality that will lead to better cooperation, opening the local communities for intercultural dialogue and development of European identity and solidarity.
The project will be based on non-formal learning methods and will be highly participatory and experiential.
