Our project aims to make a significant contribution to youth work by empowering young artists and shaping the future of creative industries. The sector continues to grapple with unique challenges, including a persistent skills gap and unequal opportunities for young talents. Thus, the rationale for our project, arises from these critical needs. The age group targeted by our project is 18-30.
