The first steps of a young leader

The main project goal is to create local youth leaders as initiators of positive changes in local communities.
We plan to organise the Leadership Youth Camp in Poland
Young people will take part in a 7-day international workshop on leadership skills. During the classes, young people will learn practical skills such as: communication, colaboration, critical thinking, creativity.
The direct result of the camp will be the creation of 1 project by young people working in international groups. The youth project will aimed young people needs and will be continued in a form of online meetings after the youth camp is finished.
Participants: 20 young people (15-19 years old) will take part in the camp (5 from each partner country and 8 youth workers/leaders (2 from each partner country).
