Project aim:the implementation of a social integration program into local communities that offers dancing competences as a path towards social dialog.
The dance- a path towards people’ hearts
The starting point (the social issue): the lack of efficient strategies for social inclusion of young people’ vulnerable groups.
Phenomenon causes: 1) the small number of social programs adapted to young people’ specific in communication, 2) communities’ small number of volunteers that act in the field of social integration, 3) the small number of social actions for integrating young people into a local community, 4) the small number of training programs for developing social integration skills.
Effects: 1) the increasing number of teenagers and youth that are joining to vulnerable groups, 2) communities’ small number of alternative social integration activities from NGO-s or other organizations that leads to small efficiency, 3) the lack of certification in this field for young possible volunteers.
Project aim: the implementation of a social integration program into local communities that offers dancing competences as a path towards alternative social dialog.
Project results: 1) forming a group of 7 young people qualified in the field of social integration for every attending organization, 2) the development of a local social integration program for every partner org. that will use young people’s skills trained during project reunion, 3) obtaining youth pass certification for attending people, 4) identifying a group of vulnerable young people that will attend to the training process, 5) learning healthy life skills trough training the choreography program.
Project’s objectives:
After the completion of the seven training days the 28 young people will:
1) know which are the vulnerable groups from the communities they come from
2) learn social integration techniques tied to young peoples in need
3) be able to draw an intervention plan for a vulnerable target group from their community

5) get skills for conceiving a choreography
6) get a certification for the skills they develop.
During project implementation the organization will:
1) identify a group of vulnerable young people from their community that will be involved into project training
2) implement a social intervention plan that will involve the trained young people.
Project main steps for every partner:
1) Contacting every local community’s social service in order to identify local vulnerable groups’ specific
2) Communicating project’s idea into the local community and selecting project’s participants. Every partner must involve a group of seven participants. Four participants will be young people with skills in dancing (that attended to dances clubs lessons from the field of ballroom dancing, popular traditional dancing, ballet or modern dances) and three young people from vulnerable groups (refugee, immigrants, Roma or economical obstacles).
3) Preparing the informative materials for project reunion (a presentation of local vulnerable groups and the details about one vulnerable group)
4) The implementation of project reunion
5) Obtaining youth-pass certification
6) Implementing local program of social integration, involving the participation of the attending young people
