Take Action-Stop Bullying!

The overall objective of the youth exchange is to reduce bullying in school through finding working solutions for that problem. The aim is to empower youth with skills and knowledge which are important for realizing how they can help to stop bullying in school and make the school environment save for every student.
Take Action-Stop Bullying! is a 6-day youth exchange from 24 till 29 of August 2015, taking place in Estonia, Puhja. It will gather 20 participants from 4 countries and 4 organizations (+1 leader from each organisation).

Bullying in school is a worldwide problem and can have lifelong consequences. To stop that youth are going to learn how to recognize different bullying types. In the second part youth are going to make co-operation to work out methods they can use to prevent and stop bullying in their schools. After the exchange the participants are going to make workshops in their home schools to spread the methods and technics to other students to improve the school learning environments for better and safer. All the activities are based on multicultural dialogue, non-formal learning based on participants own experiences.

To achieve all that, the aims of the exchange are:
- To share participants own experience and learn from them
- Learn how to notice and prevent bullying in an early stage
- Get the knowledge and work out methods how they can stop bullying without being bullied themselves
- Get motivation and courage to step in
- Learn how to spread all they learned during the exchange to reduce bullying in their home schools

SELECTION CRITERIA
- We are searching participants who are facing school bulling problems in their area and are interested in finding solutions for that
- Each partner need to prepare and carry out one workshop/dialogue etc about school bullying. No limits here, the more creative the better.
- Capability and willingness to pass on the new ideas and skills in their schools
