Stronger Together!

This project cultivates collaboration between experienced and newcomer organizations by facilitating knowledge exchange with leading disability and inclusion groups. Through site visits, workshops, and shared expertise, the project aims to create organizational connections and empower them to deliver impactful support to individuals with disabilities.

Objectives:

- Identify and engage for knowledge exchange with the experienced and newcomer organizations that work with disability and inclusion

- Establish a dynamic relations for sharing expertise, strategies, and best practices.

- Strengthen connections among participating organizations through collaborative initiatives.

- Provide targeted capacity-building resources to enhance organizational capabilities.

- Foster enduring partnerships and collaborations within the disability and inclusion sector.

Approach:

- Identify Leading Organizations: Seek out top-performing disability support organizations known for their excellence.

- Organize Informative Site Visits: Plan visits and interactive sessions to share knowledge effectively.

- Create Workshops on Key Topics: Develop workshops that cover essential areas such as organizational management, inclusive programming, and accessibility.

- Promote Mentorship Opportunities: Encourage programs that foster continuous support and collaboration through mentorship.

- Assess Impact Through Feedback: Understand the project's effectiveness by gathering insights from participant feedback, progress assessments, and shared success stories.
