The main goal of the project is to develop a training program for adult educators to foster entrepreneurial skills amongindividuals at risk of social isolation.

General goal:
The main goal of the project is to develop a training program for adult educators to foster entrepreneurial skills among single parents and individuals at risk of social isolation, who due to their systemic commitment to independent care for children or a lack of key competencies are unable to successfully realize themselves in the labor market. The program developed within the project will combine psychological approaches to motivate the target groups with factual and targeted training in all aspects of entrepreneurship and business opportunities, with the ultimate goal of understanding their strengths and in which business opportunity they can start their own entrepreneurial project after the training. The training program will be developed with a focus on identifying the key competencies of each trainee, which will serve them in the development and implementation of their own entrepreneurial idea, and on providing high-quality educational resources for conducting entrepreneurship training for the target groups, which will be provided to Vocational Training Centers, NGOs working with the target group, museums, community centers for training and support of the target groups.

Project activities planned for implementation:
- Conducting a study of the target groups in each country involved in the project. The study aims to extract real sociological data on the percentage of active entrepreneurs among the target group, the need for adult training within the target group, the level of awareness of entrepreneurship among the target group, regulatory framework for entrepreneurship, existing mechanisms for support at national and local level for entrepreneurs developing their own business, and more. Preparation of an analysis of the data obtained for each country involved in the project.
- Developing a high-quality educational resource program for training trainers and a manual for entrepreneurship with useful tips and information on all the steps that future entrepreneurs should take, with a focus on the social situation and real obstacles and challenges faced by the target groups. What makes this manual different is that it is tailored to the real problems of the target groups and provides solutions and opportunities based on them.
- Pilot implementation of the training program by conducting a series of trainings for trainers with different profiles, training adults from the target group.
- Developing e-learning resources, an educational program, and an entrepreneurship manual accessible online and freely available.
- Popularizing the project and its results.

- Trainers working in adult education centers.
- Non-governmental organizations working with target groups.
- Employment bureaus
- Community centers
- Museums
- Municipal centers for support and social activities
- Single parents
- Older adults at risk of social isolation in the three countries involved in the project.

Expected results:

- Impact on the target group with the aim of creating jobs by launching business initiatives by entrepreneurs.
- Increase in entrepreneurial activity among target groups in Europe.
- Creation of a training program for trainees, provided to Vocational Training Centers, Non-Governmental Organizations working with the target group, Museums, Community centers for training and support of the target groups.
- Trainers from different institutions trained through project seminars to apply the program in their activities.
- Development of a European model for implementing the developed program, adapted for the countries participating in the project.

The distribution of activities between the partners depends on the experience they have. Indicative equal distribution of the budget between the partners in accordance with the activities they perform.
