Steps to a career!

This project is about getting new skills and competences for youth workers to be able to advise and work guide the unemployed or looking for a job young people.

A training course about How to empower and improve youth workers skills and abilities on Employment.

Objectives:
- to train 24 youth workers to advise and work guide unemployed youth or youth which are looking for a job, through the participation to a training course
- to develop key competences and skills for 24 youth workers relevant in their work with unemployed youth or youth which are looking for a job, through the participation of mobility' activity and european cooperation

Date of the training: 20th – 28 May 2015. Duration (without travel days) will be 7 working days.
Venue: Romania, Targu-Jiu

Financial aspects
Accomodation and lodging covered by 100% by the Erasmus +
Travel expenses partialy covered by Erasmus + (the amount depends of the route to the venue of the training)
Participation Fee: 30 euros

We are looking for youth organizations from 8 countries represented by 3 participants each.

Selection criterias:
1. organizations that develop training activities or other activities for unemployed young people.

2. organizations that intend to train unemployed young people and have this purpose included in their organisational strategy.
