With this project, participants will made aware of entrepreneurship and soft skills. Practical and theoretical knowledge will blending common teaching methods.

SOFTPRENEUR

A 8-day training course for 6 countries in an international, focused on developing entrepreneur & soft skills to respond to youth person. Many practical group activities and feedback on your facilitation from experienced facilitators.

ABOUT THE TRAINING
SOFTPRENEUR: This training course is a 8-day  training course offered by Gelecek Hareketi Association  for youth workers,techers,trainers, and young leaders from Latvia, Romania,  Spain, Malta,Hungary and Türkiye. The training will give participants tools to develop Soft skills, learning how to facilitate transformative group dynamics and promote the creation of regenerative social experiences for young people in the field of entrepreneurship.

One of the most important outcomes of the project is the ability of young people to turn an idea into a business venture and to recognize the importance of soft skills in entrepreneurship. After realizing this, youth workers will convey their work to the young people they encounter, creating a butterfly effect.

Through our project, we will support the social and civic participation of young people, create connections among youth workers from different countries, and empower youth workers to have confidence in themselves. Participants will gain basic competencies and skills such as teamwork, leadership, intercultural competence, project management, problem-solving, and critical thinking.

-Raise awareness of entrepreneurship and types of entrepreneurship
-Draw attention to communication, empathy, decision-making skills, leadership, self-efficacy, time management, risk assessment, and teamwork, which are essential features of entrepreneurship
-Help youth workers better understand how to realize the dreams of young people who want to advance in entrepreneurship Help youth workers in the process of creating business ideas with the Lean Canvas method

VENUE
The training will take place in İstanbul,Türkiye. Our project will take place in İstanbul, the cultural and historical capital of Turkey.This megacity,whose population exceeds 16 million,is almost open air museum with its thousands of years of history.İstanbul has a unique location in the world.It is located on theshores of the Bosphorus,which connects Asia and Europe and has hosted different civilizations throughout history. Istanbul is a city located in the Marmara Region in Turkey and is the center of Istanbul province. Istanbul is an intercontinental city, the part in Europe is called the European Side or Rumelia Side, and the part in Asia is called the Anatolian Side or Asian Side.

Participants will be accommodated in more than one person will stay in the rooms together. Girls and boys will stay in separate rooms. People of the same gender will share a room together.

Participants should be active, willing to ask questions, interested in entrepreneurship and soft skills, -Observe community rules, be respectful, helpful, aware and have a positive attitude towards diversity. This will be important and a priority for the integrity of the project and harmony with other participants.
