SocialShift: Social Innovation Project in Digital Transformation aims to reduce social barriers among young people. This project focuses on the needs of a target audience that includes young people aged 18-25. More specifically, it targets young people who experience various social barriers such as economic difficulties, education levels, gender, ethnicity or disability. The main goal of the project is to offer a variety of resources and support mechanisms to help these groups overcome social barriers and create an inclusive community.
