Training Course for young entrepreneurs, youth leaders and youth workers about social innovation as the best way to promote youth employability.
Social Innovation as the best way to promote youth employability; gaining knowledge, skills and attitudes through non formal and creative methods about Social Innovation &Entrepreneurship as the alternative career option.
Project aims at gathering 25 young people willing to become the social entrepreneurs and social innovators ir order to create jobs&projects thus becoming self-employed and devoting their knowledge to development of economic back at home.
In wider perspective – these young people will tackle youth unemployment and become the embassadors of social innovation in their home countries.
The six-day course is designed to motivate the participants and give them knowledge, tools and skills to become social innovators working towards social gain and sustainable development of society.
Trainers & Lecturers: experienced social entrepreneurship experts; social entrepreneurs, social innovators.
Deliverables of training course: develop future project ideas, business plans, informal networks. Also this training course will be photo and partly video recorded; the internal web block will be developed at www.socialinnovation.lv.
Target group: Youth 18+ (age group 18-25) interested in social innovation&entrepreneurship in order to choose another alternative career option.
Working language: all participants must be able to communicate in English .
Partners: All interested organizations from Program countries and Neighboring Partner countries.
