Social Inclusion

Association Volontarius is active in the social re-insertion of people who live outside the local community (refugees, migrants, minors, homeless, rom, etc.)

The volunteers will operate in the following fields:
“Comunica Strada” and “Diversamente Insieme” are two different phases of our “artistic” project, which is transversally to all our activities. “Comunica Strada” and “Diversamente Insieme” are focused on disadvantaged people or people who live on the street. The aim is to arouse the self-esteem, the desire of change and the unexpressed potential of the people through artistic languages, usiyng an itinerant camper, an expressive workshop or the theatrical company “Altofragile”.

Refugees Centres for people requesting asylum:
these Centres tries to give an answer, in transitory terms, to the needs of shelter of humanitarian character present on the Province and tries to satisfy the primary survival needs of refugees (both adults and minors), for the most part devoid of sources of support and coming from situations of social marginalization.
Project “Oltre la Strada”: through the use of a mobile unit and of an itinerant unit, meet homeless people. The aim of the service is to reach, understand and support marginalized people, offering to them a contact with society through a friendly and respectful approach.
Center for not accompanied minors: wants to give a fast response to emergencies characterized by an immediate and temporary need for maintenance and protection. Each case will be addressed in an individual way, as to ensure a stable social insertion.
