Set Yourself UP 4 Success!

In this specific historical period, many young people still have serious difficulty in relating to the labour market and youth unemployment is an issue that urgently needs to be tackled.
This project aims to inform and empower young people, by offering them new perspectives and tools through the means of non-formal education, in order to increase their sense of initiative thus facilitating their integration into working life and improving the quality of work.

Our objectives are the following:
* To increase self-knowledge and self-confidence in order to allow an effective personal and professional development.
* To develop key competences in young people to increase their level of employability and their chances to find a job.
* To stimulate the sense of initiative, creativity and entrepreneurial skills in young participants.
* To promote and develop innovative ideas and share best practices between young people from different European countries.
* To develop and enhance the intercultural dimension and European young participants.
* To increase the personal Soft Skills luggage and the ability to thinking outside the box to acquire competences that are useful throughout the whole lifetime.

The main activity will consist in a Youth Exchange in which 30 young people from 5 different countries will meet and work together towards the goals of the project.
