Here you have the summary of the project:
Project Summary:
"School of Play: Playing to Start a Business" is a pioneering project that combines gamification and game-based learning to revolutionize non-formal education, focusing on empowering educators to foster entrepreneurial spirit in youth and adults. Through innovative methodology, it promotes key skills such as creativity and teamwork, as well as the development of local, replicable, and scalable initiatives in Social Entrepreneurship and Innovation across Europe.
Objectives:
The aim is to develop a comprehensive program for non-formal educators using ABJ and Gamification to boost entrepreneurship and soft skills in youth. This includes designing, implementing, and coordinating a range of resources and training activities to empower non-formal education professionals and social entrepreneurs through the creation of regenerative, local, scalable, and replicable Social Entrepreneurship and Innovation initiatives across Europe.
Execution:
Activities include effective planning and coordination, development of a didactic guide and a semi-presential training program with project incubation. It encompasses online and in-person workshops, educational gatherings, and a "Hackathon-Playathon" to apply innovative initiatives to "glocal" community challenges. Additionally, it involves disseminating results through audiovisual content, a web platform with resources, and podcasts complementing other actions.
Outcomes:
We expect to transform non-formal education and entrepreneurship, enhancing educators' skills in playful methodologies and soft skills development. The project will generate resources such as a Curriculum Guide and create a web platform with globally accessible educational content, including tools on social entrepreneurship through gaming. Moreover, it will foster local initiatives in entrepreneurship and social innovation, with potential for replication across Europe.
