Safe & Sound: Empowering Inclusive Environments in ESC Projects

This TC will take place in Italy (16-23 Jan) and is designed to equip participants with the skills to create a safe enviroments in their volunteer projects.

This 6-day training course (plus 2 travel days) will take place in Rimini, Italy, from January 16 to January 23, 2025, gathering 21 participants from across Europe. The program is designed to equip volunteers and youth workers with the skills to create safe, inclusive, and supportive environments in their volunteer projects.

- Promote Inclusion and Diversity Awareness;
- Develop Skills for Safe and Supportive Environments;
- Provide Inclusive Project Management Tools;
- Enhance Intercultural Competence;
- Build a Supportive Network for Best Practice Sharing

Participant Profile: We are looking for participants of all ages (form 18+) , fluent in English, with experience in youth work (especially within ESC). Ideal candidates are motivated to create inclusive and safe spaces in their projects, open to sharing their experiences, and eager to learn practical tools for managing diverse groups.
