AIM: Empowering youth workers through art, creativity, stage performance tools, and youth project management strategies.

Participants: 2 participants per program country
Duration: 5 days (plus 2 travel days)
Mobility Start: 24/07/2025 Mobility End: 28/07/2025
Travel Days: Arrival on 23/07/2025, Departure on 29/07/2025

Draft Program Overview:
- Day 1 (23/07): Arrival
- Day 2 (24/07): Workshops: Stage Performance (Session 1), Youth Project Management (Session 1) Cultural Evening
- Day 3 (25/07): Stage Performance (Session 2), Youth Project Design (Session 2)
- Day 4 (26/07): Cultural visit to local youth clubs in Linz, Austria
- Day 5 (27/07): Stage Performance (Session 3), Youth Project Implementation (Session 3)
- Day 6 (28/07): Final Performance, YouthPass Award Ceremony, and Evaluation
- Day 7 (29/07): Departure
