OPEN TO NEW HORIZON

‘OPEN TO NEW HORIZON’ seminar gathers youth workers from Program countries. Project is going to last 5 days, venue is Zakopane, Poland. English will be used as working language. The main theme of our project within Erasmus Plus Key Action 1 is to discuss and exchange experiences in motivating young people, empowering them to easier find themselves on the job market. All actions and high level of involvement are aimed to achieve planned results, gain new experience, knowledge and skills to use it later work with youth at home organizations and in future projects. Youth work is very dynamic and improving skills and gaining knowledge is very important. The participants are leaders in their local communities, they inspire young people for greater participation and involvement, they have an influence on local environment as well. We would like to work together at every stage of the project: preparation, implementation and dissemination to exchange experience, sharing ideas, learning about evaluation methods and promoting Erasmus+ Program. It is important to mention that all international youth projects have a meaningful role in intercultural learning.
