Small companies that are ready to work abroad need to have information about finances, law and administration of the specific country.
Moreover they have to know the supply and demand for labour of that place.
Meanwhile companies need a stuff specialized in typically italian jobs like plasterboard and mosaic.
The project will develop exchanges network for to:
• give information about the supply and demand of each country
• give preventive information about the procedures of labour in the choosen country
• give information about the documents and certifications that are needed
• give information to students and youth workers that want to do a work experience abroad
• promote the temporary transfer of workers between each country
• create a network between italian and european professionals with administrative and fiscal competences about their country and Europe and with a wide knowledge of the supply and demand of that country, in order to promote the sharing of information and the mobility of workers from a country to another
