WHY THIS PROJECT?
Women make up 60% of all university graduates.
But women entrepreneurs make up only 30% of all entrepreneurs.
And only 1 in 10 women are entrepreneurs as opposed to 1 in 4 men.

WHAT DO WE WANT TO DO IN THIS PROJECT?
Visiting successful women enterprises to get advice
for girls to develop own handcrafts businesses.

TARGET GROUPS?
direct: youth workers of organisations working with female enterprises
indirect: women 18-30 years old

TIMING?
July 2020 - June 2022

ACTIVITIES?

1) Kick-off meeting
Budapest, July 2020
2 participants/partner
* Presentations of partners
* Presentation of the project
* Running a female handcrafts enterprise (seminar)
* Visiting Budapest

2) Study visits
From September 2020
Every two months
2 participants/partner + 1 HU journalist + 1 HU photographer, videomaker
5+2 days
* Day 1 - arrivals
* Day 2 - presentation of the situation in the country
* Day 3-4-5 - visiting 3 female handcrafts enterprises
* Day 6 - evaluation of the visits
* Day 7 - departures

3) Conference
Budapest, April 2022
2 participants/partner + 50 guests
* Presentation of the project
* Presentations of partners and their results
* Successful female handcrafts enterprises
* Videofilm selection - Best of

RESULTS?
Video portraits of female handcrafts enterprises (YouTube channel)

PARTNERS?
We are looking for partners from each EU member countries!
And we welcome non-member states as well.
