Target group: 3 participants (youth workers) per country, 18+

The main goal of the project is to promote intergenerational understanding between Generation Z and other generations and
to increase soft and leadership skills among young people. Through the project, we want to equip 21 youth workers with the
necessary competencies and knowledge by the end of 2024 to foster leadership attitudes and intergenerational
understanding among young people.
Additional goals include:
- Reaching and engaging a minimum of 200 youth workers and young people by the end of 2024 on the topic of generational
differences and leadership.
- Creating a social media profile aimed at promoting intergenerational understanding and leadership attitudes, with a
minimum of 2000 followers by the end of 2024.
- Creating at least one knowledge compendium on the project's topic and reaching a minimum of 200 people by the end of
2024.
- Establishing long-term relationships with partners and continuing to work on areas of intergenerational understanding and
leadership, leading to the development of at least one additional initiative in this area with an expanded scope.
