In the globalizing world, we know that the concept of citizenship has been erased and gained a new dynamic. "Active citizenship concept" is a new concept for solving global problems. We know that trainers and youth workers have a very important place in introducing this concept to young people. We want to
increase the awareness about the learner-centered approach in developing Non-formal educational activities for young people on the topic of citizenship education, European Citizenship, and active participation while motivating trainers, youth workers, and NGO's to use it in their work;
