The Partner-Finding Tool
MY-SER project aims to empower youth through emotional resilience training, fostering mental well-being and awareness.
The "Mindful Youth: Strengthening Emotional Resilience" (MY-SER) project is designed to equip young people with the tools and skills needed to enhance their emotional resilience, mental well-being, and overall self-awareness. The project recognizes the increasing challenges that youth face today, including stress, anxiety, and societal pressures, which can have a significant impact on their mental health.
MY-SER aims to address these challenges by providing a comprehensive program that combines emotional resilience training, mental health awareness, and peer support systems. Through a series of interactive workshops, peer-led activities, and online resources, participants will learn how to manage stress, build positive coping strategies, and foster a supportive community. The project will also include the development of practical tools such as "Emotion Cards," "Mental Health Journals," and "Support Cards" to help youth navigate their emotional experiences.
The project is grounded in non-formal learning methods, ensuring that participants are engaged in an inclusive and supportive environment. By involving youth workers and other professionals in the training process, MY-SER aims to create a ripple effect, where the knowledge and skills gained by the participants are transferred to their peers and communities.
MY-SER will be implemented through local workshops, online platforms, and social media campaigns, ensuring that the project's impact reaches a wide audience. The project will culminate in a final event where participants will showcase their learning outcomes and share their experiences, further promoting the importance of mental health and emotional resilience among youth.
Ultimately, MY-SER seeks to create a lasting impact on the well-being of young people, empowering them to lead healthier, more resilient lives.
