Hello; Manisa Provincial Health Directorate is a public institution affiliated to the Ministry of Health of Turkey. We are preparing a project within the scope of 2024 Erasmus+ 1st semester KA- 210 vocational training. The subject of the project is the pre-disaster preparation methods of Umke (National Medical Rescue Team), our medical rescue team, which takes voluntary duty in disasters under our Directorate,

*Learning alternative communication systems when the telephone system collapses in disasters
*Holistic disaster management
