In simple words, growing up is hard! When young people finish school or their studies, they suddenly face a whole new world of challenges. We want to help them
We are looking for partners for the below KA-153 Project. The training course will take place in Germany in 2024 and we want to have a total of 30 participants.
Being a youth worker means we're right there on the front lines, watching our young folks take those brave steps into the world. We've seen the excitement in their eyes, but also the confusion and sometimes even fear. Here's why we believe this project is crucial:
Guiding the House Hunt: We've seen many young people struggle with finding their first flat. They're unsure of where to look, what's affordable, or how to judge if a place is right for them. Through this project, we aim to be their compass, guiding them to a home where they feel safe and comfortable.
Empowering Financial Independence: Money matters can be daunting. We've witnessed young adults juggling bills, unsure of how to save, or getting caught in debt. We want to empower them with knowledge, so they can confidently manage their finances and secure their future.
Demystifying Insurance: Insurance is one of those grown-up things that can seem so complicated. Which one is necessary? Which one is a luxury? As youth workers, we want to break it down, helping our young people make informed decisions that protect them and their assets.
Simplifying Daily Tasks: We've chuckled at stories of burnt dinners or laundry mishaps. But behind those stories is a real need for guidance. We want to share practical skills, so our young folks can not only survive but thrive in their daily lives.
Being a youth worker isn't just about guiding young people through their current challenges; it's about equipping them for the future. This project is our way of ensuring that when they step into the vast world of adulthood, they do so with confidence, knowledge, and a toolkit full of skills.
