'IDIY' project explored digitalization’s impact on youth, fostering digital literacy, self-development, and critical engagement with technology
The project aimed to increase awareness among young people about digitalization, its impact on society, and its role in personal and professional development. The project addressed the need for digital literacy, critical thinking, and a balanced approach to technology use, particularly among Generation Z. The main objectives were:
- To help participants understand the advantages and disadvantages of digitalization in modern life.
- To explore how digital tools can be used effectively for self-development and career growth.
- To analyze the changing labor market in the digital age and how young people can adapt.
- To examine the long-term effects of COVID-19 on digital transformation.
- To develop educational materials that can be used to promote responsible digital engagement.
This project aligned well with our focus on education, self-awareness, and responsible technology use, equipping young people with the knowledge and tools to navigate the digital world effectively.
The exchange took place in BrzozĂłw, Poland, bringing together 39 young participants (aged 16-22) from three countries: Poland, Lithuania, and Italy.
