Inside the Story: Exploring Bullying

The goal of the project is to raise awareness of peer bullying among youth workers who work with disabled people.

This project, prepared by the Association of Global Disabled Entrepreneurs, aims to raise awareness about bullying among youth workers working with disability and disabled people. The specific objectives include implementing an experience-based training program to actively engage participants, clarifying the concepts of bully-victim-bystander related to peer bullying, emphasizing the role and importance of bystanders, as well as enhancing individuals' internet literacy against cyberbullying due to digital developments, and significantly improving the skill levels of youth workers in coping with bullying.

The program will incorporate intuition-based methods including arts, theatre, and various informal techniques. Utilizing creative drama, the activities will be experience-based, enabling participants to easily grasp ideas and make valuable contributions to the project.
