In The Game

Creation of game-based learning tools on Science and Human Rights in order to increase critical thinking and argumentative skills of young people.

In The Game is a project that aims to provide youth workers with practical knowledge of game-based learning tools that can be used to raise the level of young people’s active citizenship.

In short, we plan to develop a (board and/or cards) game on Science and Human Rights that can be used in multiple ways, in order to increase critical thinking and argumentative skills of the players. We will also create and distribute online high-quality "How to" video materials showing the use of board games in the teaching process.

During the project, we will organise a training or practical workshop and exchange about using board games in non-formal education. After the training, all participants will conduct Youth workshops / learning sessions in their respective countries and will collect feedback from participants that will later be used to improve the gameplay opportunities.

All activities will be prepared and realized as a result of close cooperation between partners participating in the project. For better synchronization with our partners, we plan to organise a preliminary kickoff meeting in April 2024.

We are looking for organisations with experience in strategic partnerships, ideally with strong background/interest in science and human rights and who apply with their own projects in the October session for which we could become their partners.
