Title: Healthy Active Lifestyle

The main aim of the youth exchange “Healthy Active Lifestyle” is to bring together 48 young people 6 different countries, participants from different backgrounds including from rural and remote areas and raise awareness on the topic through non-formal education.

Set objectives of this Youth Exchange are:
• To gather participants in a venue where they will have a chance to practice a healthy lifestyle from all aspects
• To provide the participants with an opportunity to explore healthy practices from other countries and to learn how to live a healthier life;
• To develop participant’s knowledge on healthy lifestyles like eating habits, sport and physical activity, sleeping, mental health
• To develop participants digital skills so they can create online campaigns raising awareness on health among their peers;
• To provide space participants to debate on the topic, share good practices and develop a healthy guideline
• Develop soft skills through presentations, teamwork. Leadership
• To provide a chance to learn about other cultures and work in a mixed-cultural group.
• To strengthen participants' understanding of the Erasmus + Programme and to encourage young people to get activated and to take part in international mobility activities.
• To encourage the participants to become ‘ambassadors of health’ in their communities and to activate their peers to live healthier live;
