Happiness

We search “the parity between the three pillars of sustainable development”, social, economic and environmental, because
“together they define global happiness”. Ban Ki-moon !

We are looking for 5 partners, who work with youth, to form a group of 48 young adults from six European countries. Eight
participants per country, including Spain. The project is laid-out for young people between the age of 18 to 27 years, who are interested in the protection of the environment and its values. !

We agree with the theory of José Antonio Marina that everything we do to find happiness is to work on the personal, individual and group knowledge to obtain our happiness and to protect it against the people around us and the whole society;
this will be our main purpose. !

The aim of this project is to share and exchange our knowledge and experience in a proactive and relaxing atmosphere and to get awareness of the importance of happiness as a necessary emotional state to achieve all our life goals. To achieve this we want to share and reflect on the different traditional, historical and cultural theories of happiness in different European cultures.

The project combines practical action with an active and dynamic methodology in a playful and thoughtful environment. In addition the experience of cultural exchange in other areas such as gastronomy, coeducation and the environment are
covered.
