Fights against corruption : Promote and protect rights

The topics will be covered are corruption and its connection to human rights.

Global Human Rights Defence and Libera are organising a 5 day training and networking project in The Hague. The topics will be covered are corruption and its connection to human rights. The participants will learn about cross cutting principles such as being active citizen, anti-discrimination and accountability to empower disadvantaged groups.

Aims
-To develop a human rights approach in order to minimise corruption
-To explore possible future partnerships to organise projects under Erasmus+ umbrella
-To improve the capacity of youth workers in fighting against corruption
-To learn about human rights frameworks that protects marginalized groups from the direct effects of corruption and impunity
-To learn about anti-corruption policies within the European Union
- To share knowledge about civil society’s actions to counter corruption (how to plan, organise campaigns and other initiatives and how to involve young people)
