Fight against to climate change impact with volunteer

Experiences from volunteer individuals and field studies revealed that civil society organisations play a key role in attracting young people to volunteer activities in natural disasters and pandemics caused by climate change, but this is not enough. With our project, we will increase the awareness of non-governmental organisations about climate change and possible disasters, and we will design practices that will improve the organisation, communication and psychological resilience of youth workers and volunteers, and how to better organise and work with young volunteers in disaster situations.

The objectives of our project
- To raise awareness of youth workers about the impact of climate change on disadvantaged individuals
- Developing ideas on how to involve youth volunteers in addressing the impacts of climate change on youth workers
- Preparing young people and youth workers for disaster and risk situations
- Strengthening the capacity of CSOs against the impacts of climate change
-To equip young people and youth workers with humanitarian aid and organisation skills against disasters
