TACCbcn is looking for 1 volunt w/ initiative and a marked social character to support ART or PSYCHO-SOCIAL and MENTAL HEALTH projects throught DANCE&MOVEMENT.
Taller d'Art, Cultura i Creació is looking for 1 volunteer, with initiative and communicative abilities; familiar with dance and movement techniques as well as with urban art (visual art, performance art, art installations...); interested in community based psychology and mental health; as well as with a marked social character with sensitivity for working with young people with fewer opportunities, and able to communicate in English and at least basic Spanish, to support the actions of direct intervention and dynamization in the territory.
The volunteer in this project will perform her/his work mainly at different youth facilities in different municipalities around Barcelona province managed by TACC. S/he will also participate in local events organized by TACC.
Some of the tasks the volunteer will carry out are as follows:
• To support the design, planning and management of ART or PSYCHO-SOCIAL projects for young people between 12 and 25 years old, by using ART and MOVEMENT disciplines as a tool of work;
• To support in planning activities related to ART, integration and MENTAL HEALTH in different youth centers and local events;
• To support in artistic and psycho-social activities proposed directly by the LOCAL & SOCIOEDUCATIONAL PROJECTS and NEW PROJECTS departments of TACC or young people involved with TACC;
• To promote an activity once a month related to creativity, movement and integration with an impact on young people;
• To spread international mobility opportunities, emphasizing the ESC and Erasmus+ programs.
