Erasmus+ KA2 : Plateforme IA de Mentorat Entrepreneurial pour l’Inclusion et l’Innovation

Our project aims to develop an AI-powered digital mentoring platform to support young entrepreneurs by facilitating smart mentor-mentee matching, personalized coaching, and structured learning experiences. Entrepreneurship is a key driver of economic growth and social inclusion, yet many aspiring entrepreneurs, particularly those from underrepresented backgrounds (women, refugees, individuals with disabilities, and rural youth), face significant barriers in accessing tailored guidance and resources. By leveraging artificial intelligence, our platform will enhance the efficiency and impact of mentoring by offering data-driven recommendations, progress tracking, and interactive learning modules. This initiative aligns with Erasmus+ KA2 priorities, promoting digital innovation, economic empowerment, and social inclusion. Our goal is to create an inclusive and accessible ecosystem where mentorship becomes a catalyst for entrepreneurial success and sustainable economic development.
