The European Commission recognizes Entrepreneurship Education as a tool that can support young people to be more entrepreneurial.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Nowadays, the education of young people on the applicability of entrepreneurial fields is highly necessary especially for new venture creation. The development of new small businesses, which most of the times are accompanied by an entrepreneurial spirit, does not only empower the economic situation through the creation of new jobs, but it also provides a pathway for business owners—particularly minorities, immigrants and the economically disadvantaged groups and individuals- to join the middle class.
This training course includes a portfolio of exercises that encourage creativity and boost young entrepreneurs’ confidence.
The objectives
- To understand changing and dynamic nature of entrepreneurship.
-To promote and develop innovative ideas and share good practices
-To exercise entrepreneurship through workshops and practical exercises
-To create stronger partnerships for future projects in the European context.
WHEN:9-15 of May 2016
WHERE: Craiova, Romania
PARTICIPANTS PROFILE: It is planned that project will be realized participation of 9 organizations from 9 different countries. There will be 3 participants from each organization. The participants should be older than18 years old and youth workers who works with volunteers in their organizations, with interests on entrepreneurship.
HOW:All the activities in the project will be realized by trainers and facilitators. The activities will be realized with non formal ways. Interactive group works will be used during the sessions. The participants will be the main actors of their learning process.
FINANCIAL CONDITIONS: travel costs will be covered according Erasmus Plus guide. We will cover accommodation, meals and activity costs during project period
