Empowering Youth Workers for Sustainability and Inclusion

Training mobility for youth workers on sustainability, inclusion & intercultural learning through creative tools and non-formal education.

This project brings together youth workers and educators from various European countries to exchange good practices and develop creative methods to empower youth, especially those with fewer opportunities. The training will include interactive workshops, environmental education tools, intercultural sessions, and practical activities focused on building capacity and long-term collaboration among youth professionals.

The mobility will be hosted in Istanbul in 2025 and will last 6 days (plus travel). The participants will co-create learning content, share challenges and innovations in youth work, and design inclusive activities to be implemented in their home institutions.
