Sakarya type L closed prison No. 2 is a public institution opened in 2022. approximately 250 personnel are employed in our institution. 7 of these employees work in the administrative management department. Seventy percent of our employees are young people between the ages of 18 and 30. Dec. There are an average of 2000 inmates in the prison. These prisoners are executed and reformed for many types of crimes. The main objectives of the institution are to carry out activities that prevent the convict from reoffending, to protect society against crime, to encourage his re-socialization, to ensure that they are productive and to encourage them to be respectful individuals to society. For this purpose, educational and psycho-social activities are carried out in our institution. As a result of these activities, the education levels of prisoners are increased and they are encouraged to have a profession. With psycho-social activities, the situations that cause the prisoner to commit a crime are eliminated. In addition, the prisoner is rehabilitated and reintegrated into society. We want to bring an innovative perspective to these applications that we have made. We envisage to increase the technological and sustainability of our problem solutions. We attach importance to the training of our young staff. We want to develop by taking advantage of today's technology. We aim to professionalize youth workers in communication.
