ECO-CUISINE REVIVAL (KA152-YOU)

Our program teaches rural youth participants about sustainable gastronomy and organic farming, as well as how to be more employable and entrepreneurial. Our project encourages young people to take part in preserving and promoting their local culinary heritage, as well as in sustainable development and community building. Our interactive platform allows young people from all walks of life to share their culinary experiences, learn from one another, and encourage mutual respect and understanding.
