Do it non-formal!

The purpose of this project is to provide a framework for learning and testing non-formal education methods.

This project addresses both youth workers and young people.
In the first phase of the project will conduct in formal youth workers eight days in Brasov / Romania.
The event is followed by a follow-up where the youth workers will recruit another young people for 15 days exchange all the Brasov, Romania but this time for young people - along with leaders who were at the first stage of the project together learning new methods of non-formal education. It is a challenging project.

Purpose:
The purpose is to provide a framework for learning and testing non-formal education methods for 24 youth workers and 30 young people – youth with ages between 16 to 28. By the end of the project they will develop new skills.

Main objectives:
1 Until the end of the project the 24 youth workers and 30 young people will develop organizational skills to implement new non-formal methods.
2 Increasing interest of the 24 youth workers and 30 young people to learn and test new methods of non-formal education, until the end of the project.
3 Acquiring new communication skills. Also implementing non-formal activities until the end of the project.
4 Enhancing motivation until the end of the project to discover new methods of non-formal education by the 24 youth workers and 30 young.
