Disconnect to Reconnect With Life

The goal of the project is contributing to the minimization of the problems caused by digital addiction among young people and create social awareness.

The general aim of the project is to raise the awareness of 35 young participants between the ages of 18-30 within the scope of digital addiction and to increase the activity of young people in social life by reducing the impact of digital addiction in daily life.
We will organize hands-on activities for 7-8 days to raise awareness about digital addiction with a total of 35 participants.

The target group of the project is people between the ages of 18-30 and young individuals interested in digital life and digital addiction. In order to ensure equal gender distribution, a total of 7 participants, 3 women, 3 men and 1 group leader, are required from each country.
