Diplomacy Lab Cultivating Young Leaders through International Diplomacy Simulations

Diplomacy Lab is an Erasmus+ KA154 project that aims to increase the participation of young people in international diplomacy.

Its main objective is to develop the leadership potential of young people and involve them in decision-making mechanisms at international level.
Participants will gain experience in international diplomacy simulations. Thus, young people will gain the ability to represent international institutions and organizations, and they will have detailed information about many international institutions and organizations and their work, working methods, conditions and goals/objectives through the studies to be carried out before the simulation. Diplomacy Lab will enable young people to be involved in decision-making mechanisms and thus contribute to the training of future leaders.
Young people will be provided with a platform to develop their leadership skills and better understand international relations through international diplomacy simulations. It also aims to encourage young people to actively participate in decision-making mechanisms by offering them the opportunity to represent international institutions.
