Digital Skills and Robotics Education (ka152) Project

The meeting aims to enhance youth digital skills, success in robotics and technology, and foster international collaborations for 21st-century success.

This Erasmus+ KA152 youth exchange project aims for the participants to learn and have fun while gaining new skills in the world of technology. Firstly, a digital game will be used to create a strong bond between the participants. This fun start will reinforce team spirit and co-operation.

In the next stage of the project, participants will have the opportunity to learn the basics of algorithm logic in a fun and creative way through cross-stitch, a traditional handicraft. This step will develop analytical thinking and problem solving skills, while at the same time bringing art together with technology.

In the following days, participants will design a small robot by combining Lego pieces. They will gain basic programming skills by coding to move these robots. This stage will encourage technological creativity by putting theoretical knowledge into practice.

Finally, there will be a presentation on the importance of the footprints we leave in the digital world. In this part, participants will develop an awareness of their digital identities by realising the importance of online security and privacy.

Project Objectives:
To increase young people's interest in technology and develop their algorithmic thinking skills.
To reinforce the cooperation and teamwork skills of the participants through digital games and applied projects.
To encourage digital creativity by providing basic skills in coding and robotics.
To raise awareness among the participants about the importance of their digital footprint and to help them become responsible individuals in the online world.
With this project, young people will be able to express themselves more confidently in the world of technology by having both an educational and entertaining experience.
