Current unemployed, future entrepreneurs ( C.U.F.E.)

Unfortunately, we daily face the consequences of high youth unemployment. It is really devastating for young people full of dreams, creativity and vision to face the situation of being eliminating from the labor market, before even entering it! We want to encourage and motivate youth to take future in their own hands. We are promoting a different perception of productivity, in which people are entering the labor market based on their education, skills, attitude and passion. With the belief of successful entrepreneurs being doers, and not just dreamers we want to carry out a project with actual impact on individual and social level. Hundreds of qualified, educated people all around Europe, ready to offer and contribute in the labor sector are unemployed. We introduce an alternative way of thinking as a solution to unemployment : be creative, take risks and live your passion through entrepreneurship.
The aim of the project is to is to offer young people a different way of thinking and perceiving unemployment. We want to make sure that we start from a common base, where everyone realize the reality about youth unemployment around Europe. Of course our goal is not to focus on numbers and statistics, but to encourage participants to reconsider unemployment as a challenge, to develop their skills, improve their creativity and Invest on their passion. Instead of approaching the topic with dissapoinmtemt and pessimism we want to prove that the path of entrepreneurship is actual a unique chance to increase your self confidence, organize your priorities and develop a goal setting system, based on disciple and productivity. Our primary aim is to offer inspiration in young people, in order to challenge their selves and live their dreams. To support this idea, we will make sure that they are all aware of the valuable European tools, dedicated on youth entrepreneurs. We will analyze some basic information applying among the labor market and the way it works. Further me, they will have the opportunity to participate in various stimulations in order to get as close as possible to the actual procedures regarding job interviews, CV, start up business plan, management and promotion . Participants will have the opportunity to exchange ideas and opinions regarding the vision, the inspiration and the impact of their business plans and ideas. It is important to mention that we don't only focus on the educational results on individuals. it is of primary importance to promote values of social harmony, cohesion, cooperation, personal growth, work and effort between others, which enhance cultural exchange. All the participants will improve their skills and competencies, , that will set a vital role their personal and professional future. The program of the activities is carefully planned in order to effectively contribute to the development of each of the key competences.
The objectives that have been set for this youth exchange are the following:
-To debate and promote the acquisition of knowledge around the topic οf entrepreneurship among the youngsters
-To create a debate around youth productivity and develop awareness around the different European tools, suitable to contribute to the research of job, as well as to the creation of a new business.
-To promote creative thinking with realistic terms, applying to the current labor market.
-To develop skills regarding organizing, goal and priorities setting, punctuality and self-disciplines
-To develop initiatives and management practices suitable for each-one's personal idea.
- To promote team work, communication and cooperation
-to work on the administration of disagreements and lead to productive results
-to develop lecture and presenting skills and use accurate disagreements to support their word.
-toincrease self knowledge and confidence.
-To offer a participatory program of activities ensuring everyone's active involvement in its evolution
-To discover differences and similarities between each country’s financial and social state.
-to learn how to work effectively in a non predictable, multicultural environment and get over obstacles
-To offer an interactive environment where everyone will have equal opportunities of expressing themselves.
- To create an active network under common values for future collaboration.
-To discovered new cultures, habits and life-styles and become cultural aware and improve tolerance among diversity
-to realize the common European identity and the formulation of the unite global labor market.
We support that this project that all of the above objectives link to Erasmus+ priorities and included actions applying in almost every key action of the program. Furthermore, it introduces some further tools under the European commission umbrella addressed to entrepreneurship and youth employment. Through this, current unemployed youngsters will broaden their horizons and realize hat they are capable of becoming the future entrepreneurs.
