CULTURE BEYOND THE GAMES

We want to share our history, culture, music, dance, language, traditional foods and clothes by playing games in Istanbul the heart of the civilization with another countries.

This project intend; acculturation and dialogue between cultures and introduce new cultures to students. Variously we don't want to introduce and teach culturel features directly so we have decided to make some activities to make this job enjoyable.

We are an educational institution. We want to do Erasmus Plus Project with our students. We live in Istanbul. First we want to give you information about our city:
In 2010 Istanbul was chosen ''World's Cultural Capital City''. Istanbul was the capital city of two big empire. These empires are Byzantian Empire and Ottoman Empire. For this reason it has so many historical and cultural places. Also it is very important vocation about being a bridge between Anatolia and Europe.
If you choose our project, we will tour this amazing city and of course we will do our project by playing games and making some interesting activities.

Our project includes a tour of historic sites in Istanbul. While we are visiting historic sites, we will play games about these places to learn better.

Age Range: 15-19
