The Partner-Finding Tool
CulToEngage aims to develop among youth workers skills to incorporate local cultural heritage to increase the participation of young people from rural areas.

The aim of the 'Cultural Tools for Engagement' - CulToEngage project is to develop among 28 youth workers the skills needed to use non-formal methods and instruments incorporating the local cultural heritage to increase the participation of young people from rural areas and small communities.
The main objectives:
1. To develop knowledge and skills of 28 youth workers from 7 countries in working with young people from rural areas through non-formal education methods.
2. To increase the capacity of 28 youth workers from 7 countries to use various non-formal methods and methods to develop experiential museums in small communities.
3. To share good practices in the field of cultural engagement.
4. To engage 70 youth from 7 small and rural communities in Europe by creating experiential museums based on the local cultural heritage.
