The most important needs and challenges that our organization faces in the field of football are the lack of "Talented Coaches and Training Programs" and "Early Youth Discovery and Development". These two main topics are of critical importance for the development of our organization.

Talented Coaches and Training Programs: An effective training process starting from the basics of football to the upper levels is possible with talented and experienced coaches. These coaches can guide the technical, tactical and physical development of young athletes. Training coaches who adopt modern training methodologies and are knowledgeable in sports psychology and physiology will play a major role in the development of young footballers. Therefore, it is important to invest in coach education programs and offer continuous professional development opportunities.

Early Youth Discovery and Development: Discovering young talent at an early age is vital to unlocking their full potential. This can be achieved through schools, local clubs and community-based programs. Talents discovered at an early age should be directed to appropriate training and development programs and supported at every stage of their careers. In this process, an approach that takes into account the physical and mental health of children should be adopted to ensure that they enjoy and continue to participate in sport.

Addressing these two main topics effectively will make a great contribution to the development of the football mentality in our institution and will pave the way for young talents to reach levels that can compete in the international arena. In addition, these approaches will also increase the overall popularity and accessibility of football in our institution, which in turn will enable more young people to become interested in and participate in the sport.

Objectives of our project:

Increasing the Quality and Expertise of Coaching: One of the primary objectives is to raise the standard of soccer coaching in our organization. This includes training our coaches in advanced techniques, modern methodologies and comprehensive player development strategies. By improving the quality of coaching, our project directly contributes to the professional development dimension of sports mobility and promotes the exchange of knowledge and skills.

Development of Youth Talent Identification Programs: The creation of effective programs for the identification and development of young football talent is another key objective, which is in line with the program's goal of promoting the sport at grassroots level. With the experience we will gain through the project, our aim is to establish a systematic approach to discovering and supporting young talent from various regions, thus ensuring a diverse and inclusive talent pool.
